The main functions of the Youth Prevention Worker are to provide ongoing support and case management for youth clients involved in the justice system and to advocate for youth. Duties include intake with clients, attending court when needed, and visits with youth and families.

The Fleet and Asset Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance, documentation, and repair of vehicles and outdoor assets.

The Director of Treaty Law Governance is responsible for the successful leadership and management of both programs. The director is responsible for the fiscal well-being of the Programs, and the strategic plans implemented for the community.
